When can I use it?−

How much does it cost?+

It comes with Pro, $49 a month or $490 a year, and the texts are included. There is no bill per message. Card payments carry Treyna's 1% and Stripe's processing fee.

Which messages does it answer?+

Texts and WhatsApp. Pro also covers Instagram DMs. On Plus your assistant already answers clients in a chat on your booking page and by email.

What if a client asks something it can't answer?+

It tells the client it will pass the question to you, and you answer when you're free. It handles bookings, prices, pack balances and payments, and leaves the rest to you.

Will it charge my clients without asking me?+

It only charges what your rules say: the session price, a pack, or the late cancel fee you set. Clients see your cancellation policy before they book.
