The calendar

A calendar built for coaching lessons

Your week on the desktop, a day list on the phone, one tap to mark attended or no-show. Clients book themselves into the open hours you set.

The short answer

Treyna is a coaching calendar app for solo coaches. Clients book themselves into the open hours you set, every lesson lands on your week, and one tap marks it attended or a no-show. Fees and refunds follow your cancellation policy without you touching them.

The week

The whole week on one screen

Calendars are usually built for meetings. A lesson schedule app for coaches has other work to do: clients cancel, sessions move, groups share a slot. The week view is built for exactly that, with today highlighted so your eye lands on what's next.

Today's lessons also wait on the Home screen with one-tap attendance and notes. On a packed day you may never open the calendar at all.

One tap

One tap on a lesson does the paperwork

Attended, no-show, cancelled, moved. Each one is a tap, and the money side follows your policy on its own.

01AttendedThe lesson happened. One tap marks it, and you're on to the next client.
02No-showMark the no-show and you're done. The fee charges itself per your cancellation policy. No chasing, no awkward message.
03CancelledCancel the lesson and the refund side is handled by your policy. You don't do the math.
04MovedPick another day or time and the session moves, same place. Done in seconds.
Booking

Clients book themselves into your open hours

You decide when you work. The calendar fills in the rest.

Open hours, set once

Set them once, or tell the assistant “open weekdays 8 to 12”. Clients only ever see free slots inside those hours.

Bookings land by themselves

A client picks a free slot and the lesson is on your calendar. You didn't type a thing.

Or say it in a sentence

The assistant books, moves or cancels lessons from a typed sentence, like “move Marco to Thursday at 6”.

Groups

Group sessions with per-person attendance

A group session shows who is in, and you mark attendance per person. Whoever came, whoever didn't, each client's record is their own.

The time is protected too: a group session on the calendar blocks one-on-one booking for that slot by itself. Nothing to close off by hand.

On the phone

The week becomes a day list in your pocket

On the phone the week turns into a day list. Tap a lesson and its details open in a bottom sheet. Marking attended or a no-show is still one tap, right there on the court.

FAQ

Fair questions

Can I move a lesson?

Yes. Open the lesson and pick another day or time. It moves and stays in the same place. You can also type it, like “move Anna's lesson to Friday at 5”, and the assistant does the rest.

How do group sessions work?+

A group session sits on your calendar like any lesson and shows who is in. You mark attendance per person. It also blocks one-on-one booking for that time by itself, so nobody can book over it.

Can I run it from my phone?+

Yes. On the phone the week view becomes a day list, and tapping a lesson opens its details in a bottom sheet. Marking attended or no-show is still one tap.

How do clients book into my calendar?+

You set your open hours once, in settings or by telling the assistant “open weekdays 8 to 12”. Clients see only the free slots inside those hours, and their bookings land straight on your calendar.

What happens when someone doesn't show?+

You mark the lesson as a no-show and that's it. The fee charges itself according to your cancellation policy, so you never have to chase it.
