Treyna is business management software for sports coaches: bookings, clients, invoices and payments in one place, at treyna.app. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about any of it. Treyna operates from Chicago, Illinois. For anything on this page, write to support@treyna.app.

Two kinds of people

Coaches are our customers: they create accounts and pay for Treyna. Clients are the people who book and pay coaches. A coach decides what goes into their client records; we store and process those records on the coach’s behalf to run the service, and we do not use them for anything else. If you are a client of a coach who uses Treyna, your information got here either because you entered it when booking or because your coach added it.

What we collect

  • Coach accounts: name, email, phone, sport, city, timezone, and studio settings. We store your password only as a hash, never as text.
  • Client records kept by coaches: names, contact details, booking history, attendance, payment records, and notes, including voice notes and their summaries.
  • Booking pages: when a client books a lesson, they enter their name, email or phone, and answers to any question the coach asks on the form.
  • Payments: Stripe processes every card payment. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits, and Stripe’s reference ids. Coach identity checks for payouts happen on Stripe’s own pages.
  • Messages: we keep copies of the emails and texts the service sends, such as booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and invites.
  • The assistant: your chat history with the Treyna assistant is kept for you.
  • Usage and errors: analytics events such as page views and feature use, and error reports when something breaks.

Cookies

We set one cookie of our own, a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for site statistics. Our product analytics stores its data in your browser rather than in cookies, and session recordings mask everything you type.

Services we rely on

We share data with a short list of providers, only so the service can work, and only what each one needs:

  • Stripe: payments, subscriptions, payouts, and coach identity verification.
  • Anthropic: powers the assistant. Your chat messages and the studio data needed to answer them are processed by the Anthropic API.
  • Brevo: delivers our emails.
  • Twilio: delivers text messages, when texting is enabled.
  • Sentry: receives error reports.
  • PostHog and Google Analytics: product and site analytics.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the website.

We do not sell personal information, and there is no advertising in Treyna.

How long we keep data, and your choices

We keep data for as long as the account it belongs to is active. To delete your account and its data, or to get a copy of it, email support@treyna.app and we will handle it. If you are a client of a coach, you can also ask your coach to correct or remove your records.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as hashes. Card data lives at Stripe, not with us. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top.
