Treyna is business management software for sports coaches: bookings, clients, invoices and payments in one place, at treyna.app. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about any of it. Treyna operates from Chicago, Illinois. For anything on this page, write to support@treyna.app.
Coaches are our customers: they create accounts and pay for Treyna. Clients are the people who book and pay coaches. A coach decides what goes into their client records; we store and process those records on the coach’s behalf to run the service, and we do not use them for anything else. If you are a client of a coach who uses Treyna, your information got here either because you entered it when booking or because your coach added it.
We set one cookie of our own, a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for site statistics. Our product analytics stores its data in your browser rather than in cookies, and session recordings mask everything you type.
We share data with a short list of providers, only so the service can work, and only what each one needs:
We do not sell personal information, and there is no advertising in Treyna.
We keep data for as long as the account it belongs to is active. To delete your account and its data, or to get a copy of it, email support@treyna.app and we will handle it. If you are a client of a coach, you can also ask your coach to correct or remove your records.
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as hashes. Card data lives at Stripe, not with us. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top.
