Fair questions
How do I get paid up front for beach volleyball lessons?−
You tell Treyna once how players pay, like "clinic spots paid at booking" or "a card on file for my regulars." The money comes in on its own, at booking or when the lesson starts. Change it anytime by typing the new rule in the chat.
Can players book a clinic spot without messaging me?+
Yes. Share your booking link in the group chat. Players see how many spots are left, grab one, and get a reminder before the session. You stop counting names in a thread.
What happens if a player no-shows my session?+
A card is saved when they book. If they miss the session or cancel later than your policy allows, the fee charges itself. You don't have to send a reminder or make the call each time. You set the policy, the app enforces it.
Can I cancel a session for weather without charging anyone?+
Yes. If you cancel the session, nobody is charged. The late fee only applies when a player cancels or no-shows against the rule you set. Bad weather is your call, and your call doesn't cost your players.
Do my players need an app?+
No. Players book and manage their sessions from a web page you can text them. They can see their pack balance, upcoming sessions, and any payments there. The phone app is just for you, the coach.
