Your client list

Every client and their whole story in one place

The list builds itself as people book. Open any client and see what they paid, what they owe, how many lessons are left on their pack, and what you noted last time.

The short answer

Treyna does client management for you: the list builds itself as people book, and each client's page holds contacts, payments, pack balance, attendance, notes and upcoming lessons. You always know where a person stands without digging through texts.

No setup

You don't build this list. Booking does.

Every person who books becomes a client on their own. No importing, no spreadsheet, no evening spent typing names in. The list is as current as your calendar, because it comes from the same place.

One page per client

What you see when you open a client

Not a form you filled in once. A page that keeps itself up to date as lessons happen and money moves.

Contacts and how they pay

Phone and email, plus how this person pays: prepay, card on file, or cash.

Attendance

Attended and missed counts, so you know who actually shows up.

What they owe

The current balance in plain numbers, before it gets awkward.

Pack balance

A live count like “3 of 10 left”, so a pack never runs out by surprise.

Upcoming lessons

What is booked next, with your last note sitting right beside it.

Money history

Every payment, what a pack covered, and when. The whole story, with dates.

Notes

Dictate it in the parking lot

After a lesson, type a note or just talk: “backhand is coming along, left knee still sore, wants Saturday mornings.” Treyna saves a short summary with the date, and the last note shows up next to that client's next lesson. You walk in remembering exactly where you left off, even if the last lesson was three weeks ago.

What needs attention

The list taps you on the shoulder

You don't scan twenty pages looking for problems. The list flags them for you.

Owes money

You see the name and the amount while the debt is still fresh.

Pack running low

Two lessons left is the right moment to offer the next pack, and you will know.

Gone quiet

Someone who has not booked in a while shows up here, while a short text can still bring them back.

When the flag is about money, fixing it is one tap from the client's page: charge the saved card, send a payment link, or mark the lesson paid in cash.

For your clients

Give every client their own page

Invite a client by email or text and they get a web page with their lessons, pack balance and payments. Nothing to install, nothing to explain. The “how many lessons do I have left?” texts stop, because the answer is already in their pocket.

Just ask

Questions get answers, not searching

The assistant knows your whole list. Ask “who owes me?” or “when did Anna last come?” and the answer comes back in the chat, pulled from the same records you see on the client pages.

FAQ

Fair questions

Do I have to add clients by hand?

No. The list builds itself as people book. A new booking adds the client, and everything after that, lessons, payments, packs and notes, lands on their page on its own. There is no importing and no data entry evening.

Can clients see their own pack balance?+

Yes. Invite a client by email or text and they get their own web page with their lessons, pack balance and payments. Nothing to install. When someone asks how many lessons they have left, they already have the answer.

How do notes work?+

After a lesson, type a note or dictate a voice note. Treyna saves a short summary with the date, and the last note shows up next to that client's next lesson, so you start the session remembering where you left off.

Can I see who owes me money?+

Yes, two ways. The list flags who owes, whose pack is running low, and who has gone quiet. Or just ask the assistant "who owes me?" and get names and amounts in the chat.

What if a client pays cash?+

Cash is a first-class way to pay. Mark the lesson paid in cash with one tap and it lands in the client's money history next to card payments and pack deductions, so the record stays complete.
