Every coach on Treyna gets a public booking page at treyna.app/s/your-name. Clients open the link, pick a session type, a day and a time, and book themselves. Money is handled the way you set it: prepay in full at booking, a card on file charged when the session starts, or paid straight to you in cash, Venmo or Zelle.

Setup

One chat message builds it

Tell the assistant what you coach, where, and for how much. The page goes up at treyna.app/s/your-name with your name, what you coach, your city and a short bio, and the address is yours to change. Updates are one sentence too: say “change my price to $90” and the page follows.

Do my clients need an account or an app?−

No. Your booking page is a normal web page that works on any phone. After booking, each client gets a simple web page with their sessions, pack balance and payments. There is nothing to install.

Can I take money at booking?+

Yes. You choose how each client pays: prepay in full at booking, a card on file charged when the session starts, or paying you directly in cash, Venmo or Zelle. Clients see your cancellation policy in plain words before they pay, and they can buy a pack of sessions together with a booking.

What if a group is full?+

Full groups take a waitlist. The page shows spots left for every group session, like 3 of 6 spots, so clients see what's open before they book. A group can be booked as a whole, every session in one purchase, or one session at a time.

Where do the open times come from?+

From the hours you set. Clients only see slots inside your working hours, so nobody books you at a time you didn't offer.

How do I set the page up or change it?+

In the chat. The assistant builds the page from one message and keeps it updated. Say "change my price to $90" and the page follows. The address at treyna.app/s/your-name is yours to change too.
