Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Treyna. By creating an account or using treyna.app, you accept them. If you do not agree with something here, do not use the service. Questions go to support@treyna.app.

What Treyna is

Treyna is business management software for independent coaches. A coach runs bookings, clients, invoices and payments in one place, and gets a public page where clients book and pay for sessions. Client booking pages and portals are provided on behalf of the coach.

Payments between coaches and clients

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Each coach connects their own Stripe account and is the merchant for their sessions: the coach sets prices, delivers the coaching, and decides on refunds. Money from clients goes to the coach, not to us. If you are a client paying for a session, your purchase agreement is with your coach. Treyna is not a party to that transaction and does not guarantee any coach’s services.

Plans and fees

New coach accounts start on the Free plan, which has no monthly fee and needs no card. Treyna charges a platform fee on client payments processed through the service: 3% on Free, 2% on Plus and 1% on Pro. A coach who starts a plan while we offer the early rate pays 1% on that plan instead, for as long as they stay on it. After a change of plan, the fee we offer at that time applies. Stripe’s own processing fees are separate and belong to Stripe.

Plus ($29 a month or $290 a year) and Pro ($49 a month or $490 a year) are not on sale yet. Once they are, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. When we advertise a discounted plan, the price shown at checkout is the price you get.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your data and your clients’ data

Your records stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the service can work, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the client information you put into Treyna and for the messages the service sends on your behalf. Do not use Treyna to send spam.

The assistant

The Treyna assistant drafts messages and suggests actions using AI. It can be wrong. Review what it produces before relying on it. Decisions made from its output are yours.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with it, and do not use it to harass anyone.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep Treyna fast and available, but the service is provided as is, without warranties, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the product develops. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for disputes between coaches and their clients.

Ending things

You can stop using Treyna and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, ask us for a copy of your data if you want one. After a reasonable period we may delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
