These terms are an agreement between you and Treyna. By creating an account or using treyna.app, you accept them. If you do not agree with something here, do not use the service. Questions go to support@treyna.app.
Treyna is business management software for sports coaches. A coach runs bookings, clients, invoices and payments in one place, and gets a public page where clients book and pay for lessons. Client booking pages and portals are provided on behalf of the coach.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Each coach connects their own Stripe account and is the merchant for their lessons: the coach sets prices, delivers the coaching, and decides on refunds. Money from clients goes to the coach, not to us. If you are a client paying for a lesson, your purchase agreement is with your coach. Treyna is not a party to that transaction and does not guarantee any coach’s services.
New coach accounts start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, Treyna costs $29 a month or $290 a year. When we advertise a discounted plan, the price shown at checkout is the price you get. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Treyna also charges a 1% platform fee on lesson payments processed through the service. Stripe’s own processing fees are separate and belong to Stripe. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends. Without an active subscription or trial you can still run existing lessons and collect what clients owe, but adding new work is paused until you pick a plan.
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your records stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the service can work, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the client information you put into Treyna and for the messages the service sends on your behalf. Do not use Treyna to send spam.
The Treyna assistant drafts messages and suggests actions using AI. It can be wrong. Review what it produces before relying on it. Decisions made from its output are yours.
Use the service lawfully. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with it, and do not use it to harass anyone.
We work to keep Treyna fast and available, but the service is provided as is, without warranties, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the product develops. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for disputes between coaches and their clients.
You can stop using Treyna and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, ask us for a copy of your data if you want one. After a reasonable period we may delete it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
