Fair questions
Is this a stroke or video analysis app?−
No. Treyna runs the business side: booking, payments, no-show fees, and lesson packs. If you want to film forehands, use a stroke app alongside it. They don't overlap.
Do my players still text me to book?+
No. You share one link and players pick an open time themselves. You still talk to them wherever you do now, you just stop scheduling there.
How does the no-show fee work?+
A card is saved when a player books. You set the rule once (for example, half the lesson for cancellations under 24 hours). When someone misses or cancels late, the fee charges itself. You're not deciding it case by case at night.
Can players see how many lessons are left in their pack?+
Yes. The player sees their own pack balance any time, so there's no back and forth about whether it was 4 or 5 left. A lesson comes off automatically when they attend.
