Padel coaching software

Padel coaching software built for one coach, not a court grid

You teach padel. You shouldn't have to run a front desk to get paid for it. Describe how you work and the chat builds your booking page, packs, policy, and payments.

The short answer

Coach is software for the solo padel coach. You describe how you work in a couple of sentences and the chat builds your booking page, your packs, your cancellation policy, and your payments. After that you run the whole thing from your phone. A card is saved when a player books, so a no-show charges itself per your policy, and lesson packs draw down on their own when a player shows up. You keep the lesson money, 0% platform fee.

What you get on day one

Everything to run the business, none of the court grid

A marketplace like Playtomic is built around courts and clubs. That's a fine way to fill a court. It's not a way to run your coaching. Coach works the other way: no court inventory, no club to sit under, no fee on your lessons.

A booking page that's yoursYour hours, your lesson types, your prices, on a page that's yours. Your players book you, not a marketplace, and the money lands in your account.
No-shows charge themselvesA card is saved when a player books. You set the policy once: how late is too late to cancel, and what the fee is. A player no-shows, the fee charges itself. You find out it already happened.
Packs stop the chasingSell a 10-pack once. One session comes off automatically when the player attends, and they see their own balance, so you stop sending "you've got 3 left" texts.
Setup

Set it up from a chat

You describe how you work in a couple of sentences. The chat builds the booking page, wires up the pack, and sets the cancellation policy. A minute later you have a link to share.

I teach private padel lessons at $70 an hour, sell 10-packs for $630, and charge half for cancels under 24 hours.

How it compares

Coach vs a court-booking marketplace

You can still get court time wherever you get it now. Coach handles the part that's actually your business: who's booked, who paid, who owes you.

Who's behind it

We've spent 15 years building and running booking systems for service businesses: online booking, payments, inventory. We took what we learned from all of that and built one thing for one person: the solo coach who lives on the court.

What it costs

$19/mo, or $190/yr

The 14-day trial needs a card so your booking page can take real payments from day one. First 50 coaches lock in $15/mo for life. WhatsApp messaging is a paid add-on. Platform fee is 0%, you keep the lesson money. Stripe's processing fee still applies, same as anywhere you take a card.

FAQ

Fair questions

Do I need to manage courts in Coach?

No. Coach runs your lessons, your players, and your money. You book court time however you already do. There's no court grid to keep up to date.

How is this different from Playtomic or another court app?+

A court marketplace is built to fill courts and owns the player relationship, usually for a cut. Coach is built for you, the coach. Your players book you on your own page, you keep the lesson money (0% platform fee, Stripe processing still applies), and the client list is yours.

Can I run my whole coaching business from my phone?+

Yes. The chat is the remote control. "Invoice Marco," "move Thursday to 7pm," "who owes me?" The screens for calendar, clients, and money are there when you want the overview.

What does it cost?+

$19/mo or $190/yr, with a 14-day free trial (a card is needed to start). The first 50 coaches get a founder rate of $15/mo for life. WhatsApp is a paid add-on. There's no platform fee on your lessons; Stripe's processing fees still apply.

How do no-show fees and deposits actually work?+

A card is saved when a player books. You set your cancellation policy once, and the fee charges itself when someone misses. You can also take a deposit or full prepay at the moment of booking.
